Provided unique insights into competitive strategies

Worked with a 10-person global marketing committee to gain internal consensus for the strategy

Developed a differentiated web strategy designed to meet customer needs and provide a superior, world class experience

Developed a detailed RFP directed toward digital agencies to implement the web strategy

Developed the web strategy in 90-days and presented the recommendations to the CEO and global corporate management team receiving enthusiastic and unanimous approval to proceed
