As the leading manufacturer of industrial safety equipment, the client had no web presence to assist its selling efforts globally. They needed a web strategy and assistance in scoping out the requirements to implement the strategy

Conducted over 30 one-on-one interviews with company management worldwide to assess website needs/wants

Conducted over 30 one-on-one interviews with global customers and distributors to assess website needs/wants

Analyzed individual interviews, competitive websites and identified gold standard websites outside the industry to identify competitive differentiators, key objectives

Provided unique insights into competitive strategies

Worked with a 10-person global marketing committee to gain internal consensus for the strategy

Developed a differentiated web strategy designed to meet customer needs and provide a superior, world class experience

Developed a detailed RFP directed toward digital agencies to implement the web strategy

RESULT

Developed the web strategy in 90-days and presented the recommendations to the CEO and global corporate management team receiving enthusiastic and unanimous approval to proceed
